A Journey Rooted in Flavor
Crafted in Auckland, New Zealand, Minoo has been creating award-winning gelato and sorbet for over 20 years. With a passion for exceptional quality and refined flavour.
Established in 1992, Minoo began by supplying an extensive range of gelato and sorbet to restaurants, parlours and premium food outlets before expanding into leading supermarket brands and later launching its own signature collection. Today, Minoo is proudly stocked in supermarkets throughout New Zealand and has earned multiple industry awards from the New Zealand Ice Cream Manufacturers’ Association, along with recognition in Healthy Food Guide magazine.
